Marc Mayer

Marc Mayer is the Chief Executive Officer of Manning & Napier. As the CEO, he is responsible for establishing Firm strategic initiatives, as well as for the day-to-day operations of the firm. 

Before his time at Manning & Napier, Marc was most recently Head of North American Distribution for Schroders in New York. Prior to Schroders, he was Chief Executive Officer at GMO. This followed a 20-year tenure at AllianceBernstein and its predecessor firm, Sanford Bernstein, where Marc rose to the role of Chief Investment Officer of Blend Strategies. At Sanford Bernstein, Marc was Chief Executive Officer of their sell-side research business and also a member of Bernstein’s Board of Directors. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Yale University.

    Ebrahim Busheri has served as the Director of Investments at Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC since March 2015. Over his tenure with the Firm, which has spanned from 1988 to 2001 and again from 2011 through present day, Mr. Busheri has held positions of Managing Director, Emerging Growth Group, Head of Technology Group, Head of Consumer Group, and Director of Research. During his hiatus from Manning & Napier from 2001 to 2011, he worked as the Director of Investments at W.P. Stewart and as a Consultant for Heritage Capital. Mr. Busheri earned his BA in Accounting and Economics from Muskingum College and his MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.

      Paul Battaglia is the Chief Financial Officer at Manning & Napier with responsibility for directing the fiscal functions of the Firm and management of the Firm’s finance and accounting departments. Paul joined Manning & Napier in 2004 and during this time has overseen the Firm’s strategic planning, budget, financial reporting, and investor relations, including being a member of the team that led the Company through its initial public offering in 2011. Prior to joining Manning & Napier, Paul served as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Paul also serves as Chairman of Manning & Napier Fund, Inc. as well as Chairman for the Firm’s Product Seeding Committee.

      Paul earned his BBA/MBA in Accounting and Finance from St. Bonaventure University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

        Sarah Turner is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Manning & Napier where she oversees both the legal and compliance functions of the Firm.  Sarah also serves as the Chief Legal Officer of the Manning & Napier Fund, Inc.  She originally joined the Firm as legal counsel in 2010.  Her prior experience includes serving as an Associate in the Real Estate practice group at Mayer Brown LLP, and later acting as Counsel in the Securities and Capital Markets practice group at Harter Secrest & Emery.

        Sarah earned her BA in Political Science from Allegheny College and her Juris Doctor (JD) from Fordham University School of Law.

          Nicole Kingsley Brunner is the Chief Marketing Officer for Manning & Napier. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing and executing the Firm’s marketing strategy. Nicole manages a team responsible for content development and integrated marketing tactics such as public relations, design, advertising, events, digital marketing, and lead generation. She joined Manning & Napier in 2002.

          Nicole received her BA in Public Relations and Marketing Communication from Simmons College.

            Managing Director of Institutional & Intermediary Sales
            Aaron McGreevy is the Managing Director of Manning & Napier’s Institutional and Intermediary Groups, which include the Firm’s Taft-Hartley, platform, and sub-advisory sales and key account teams.  In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and leading the Firm’s distribution strategy with financial intermediaries, regional consultants, brokerage and advisors firms, and mutual fund companies.  Aaron joined the Firm in 2004, and previously served as its Managing Director of Taft Hartley Services, Vice President and Portfolio Strategist, and Senior Risk Management Analyst. Prior to joining Manning & Napier, Mr. McGreevy served as an Investment Officer at Fifth Third Bank. Mr. McGreevy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Findlay, and he is also a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist.

              Chris Briley is the Chief Technology Officer at Manning & Napier.  As CTO, he will guide the Company’s Technology strategy, supporting all business functions in a way which generates efficiencies and progresses the Company’s digital transformation.  Chris joined Manning & Napier in 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Briley served as Legg Mason’s Managing Director and Head of Corporate Application Solutions.  Mr. Briley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Master of Science in Project Management from Penn State University.

                Greg Woodard is the Managing Director of Wealth Management at Manning & Napier. In this role, he is responsible for the management of the Advisor teams which includes developing and executing a comprehensive distribution and client services strategy. Prior to joining Manning & Napier in 2005, Greg worked in Institutional Sales & Trading at Bear, Stearns & Co. and held similar roles at JPMorgan Chase and UBS. Greg received his BS in Accounting from Villanova University and his MBA in Finance and International Management from the University of Rochester. He holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
