On July 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Manning & Napier, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about August 16, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 2, 2021.

FAIRPORT, NY, July 22, 2021 Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN), (Manning & Napier or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about August 16, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 2, 2021.
